Founded in 1891, The University Club of Denver has long occupied a central role in Denver as a friendly gathering place for exceptional people and important events.
The current Clubhouse was opened December 31, 1895, and features quality contemporary ammenities while remaining faithful to the classic architecture. A showpiece is the College Room, an elegant ballroom designed by Temple Buell.
The College Room boasts the largest display of stained glass windows (crests of member colleges) west of the Mississippi River.
